Black Sails

Dry Irish Stout: smooth, roasty, and deceptively light. Pours deep ebony, offering aromas of dark chocolate, espresso, and a whisper of roasted barley. On the palate it’s dry and crisp — bitter coffee notes and cocoa balanced by restrained malt sweetness and a faint earthy hop finish. Medium-bodied with a velvety mouthfeel, it’s refreshing and sessionable despite its rich flavor profile.

Cold Plunge

Pale Kellerbier — a bright, unfiltered take on classic German lagers. Light straw in color with a soft haze, it opens with gentle malt sweetness and fresh-baked bread aromas, followed by a subtle noble-hop herbal note. Medium-light body and smooth, creamy mouthfeel carry a clean, slightly bready finish with low bitterness. Best enjoyed slightly cool and uncarbonated to showcase its natural yeast character and mild, approachable profile — an everyday lager with farmhouse charm.

Mutual Assault

Sichuan Witbier — a refreshing twist on the classic Belgian-style witbier that layers bright citrus, soft wheat, and spice. Brewed with traditional orange peel and coriander seed, this light-bodied ale adds Sichuan peppercorns for a tingling, floral-spicy finish that lifts the beer’s crisp, hazy profile without overpowering it. Expect notes of lemon and orange, gentle wheat-bread malt, and a clean, effervescent mouthfeel that carries a lingering spice across the tongue.

Rainy Creek

American Amber Ale: Balanced and approachable, American Amber Ale showcases a rich amber-to-copper hue with a medium body and moderate carbonation. Expect a malt-forward profile featuring caramel and toasted biscuit notes, supported by clean, restrained hop flavors that add citrusy or piney accents and a gentle bitterness. Smooth and versatile, it’s an easy-drinking choice for those who want malt character without overwhelming sweetness.

Sun UP/Sun down

Light Pale Ale: A crisp, easy-drinking pale ale with a low ABV that doesn’t skimp on flavor. Bright hop notes of citrus and stone fruit sit over a light biscuity malt backbone, finishing clean with a touch of floral bitterness. Perfect for long afternoons, lawn chairs, and repeat pours—balanced, sessionable, and refreshingly straightforward.
